Scope

Gold Coast Homes (GCH) provides brokerage and related support services for property sales and rentals. We may introduce you to third parties (e.g., lawyers, valuers) but they provide services under their own terms.

Fees & commission

Any commission or fees will be agreed in writing before we proceed with a mandate.

No cash payments

We do not accept cash for property transactions. Payments must be traceable and verifiable.

Client information

You agree to provide accurate information and documentation needed for KYC and transaction processing.
