Fees & Charges

We believe in transparency. Below is our current schedule of fees and charges.

1. Finder’s Fee – Property Rental

  • 10% of the total rent value (calculated on the entire lease term).
  • Payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement.

2. Finder’s Fee – Property Purchase

  • 5% of the agreed purchase price.
  • Payable upon signing of sale and purchase agreement.

3. Sales Commission

  • 5% of the final agreed sale price.
  • Standard Payment: Payable upon signing of the sales agreement.
  • Payment Plan Scenario: Where the buyer is paying in instalments, commission is payable in the same proportion as payments received from the buyer, until the full commission is settled.

4. Consultation Fee

GHS 5,000 (non-refundable) – Includes:

  • One-on-one meeting with real estate broker.
  • Market analysis and property valuation guidance.
  • Advisory on property pricing strategy.
  • Guidance on legal requirements and documentation for buying or selling property in Ghana.
  • Recommendations on marketing approach for property.
  • Advice on property improvements to maximize value.
  • Answers to client questions regarding real estate investment opportunities.

5. Listing Fee

Refer to the Listing Fee Schedule below for applicable rates and inclusions.

  • Lead management and viewing coordination

Payment Terms

  • Payments are due prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
